Mr. Tucker spoke to family law attorneys about Vocational Rehabilitation experts and how to interpret their reports and cross-examine the expert on the witness stand. Vocational Rehabilation experts are hired in family cases to give opinions about how much one spouse can or cannot work for alimony purposes. This is very common where one spouse suffers from a disability and has a Long Term Disability, ERISA Disability, Social Security Disability or VA Disability claim.
