The attorneys at Tucker & Ludin strive to handle your case in an efficient cost effective manner. Part of feeling that you have had a successful outcome is knowing that you did not over pay for your legal representation.
Most commercial cases are handled on an hourly fee basis. This means that you will receive a monthly invoice for all time spent on your case that month. You will also be responsible for costs incurred on your behalf such as filing fees, service of process charges, and other expenses. We will normally consult with you before incurring significant costs to avoid surprises.
Occasionally, we may agree to handle a commercial case on a contingent fee basis where we are paid a percentage of the recovery. Another option is a mixed hourly rate contingent fee. The attorneys at Tucker & Ludin and willing to consider any reasonable creative fee arrangement that would be fair to the client and attorney. These fee agreements will be in writing so our obligations are clearly stated and understood.
